Job Description

GARCHA BROS MEAT SHOP & POULTRY is seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor. The ideal candidate will possess a secondary school graduation certificate and have 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.

Key responsibilities include assigning duties to sales workers, hiring and training staff, authorizing payments, preparing reports, resolving customer issues, supervising staff activities, maintaining supplies, and ensuring product quality.

This position is permanent, requiring 35 hours of work per week, with English as the working language.
