Job Description

Crosstown Food Market is seeking a dedicated Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should hold a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

Your responsibilities will include assigning sales duties to workers, hiring and training staff, authorizing payments, ordering and returning merchandise, managing inventory, and resolving customer issues. You will also prepare sales reports and supervise store activities.

We’re looking for someone with a focus on client satisfaction, flexibility, reliability, and teamwork. This is a permanent position requiring 40 hours per week, and work will be conducted in English.
