Job Description

Chevron Gas Station is seeking a dedicated and organized Retail Store Supervisor. The ideal candidate will hold a secondary school graduation certificate and have 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail environment. Key responsibilities include assigning duties to sales workers, hiring and training staff, authorizing payments and merchandise orders, and maintaining inventory.

The role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while standing for extended periods. This is a permanent position with a weekly workload of 40 hours, conducted in English.
