Job Description
Uconnect Wireless is seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Store Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a secondary school graduation certificate and have 2 to 3 years of relevant retail experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage staff, study market trends, determine merchandise to be sold, and develop marketing strategies. Oversee budgets, resolve customer issues, and supervise 1 to 4 employees daily.
Requirements:
Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and organizational abilities are essential. Fluency in English is required, with a commitment of 30 to 40 hours per week.
