Job Description

Mission Bottle Depot is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our bottle depot. Ideal candidates will hold a college or CEGEP degree and have 3-5 years of management experience.

Responsibilities include managing staff, planning operations, evaluating performance, and resolving customer issues. You will also handle merchandising, staffing, and procurement processes.

This permanent position requires 30-40 hours per week, leading a team of 5-10. We emphasize environmental stewardship and support for newcomers, refugees, and Indigenous workers.
