Job Description
Fibretech Distributors Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and between 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include managing staff, overseeing daily operations, conducting market research, and developing marketing strategies. You will be expected to implement pricing policies, recruit and supervise staff, and resolve various operational issues in a fast-paced environment. This is a permanent position requiring 35 hours of work per week. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
