Job Description
As a Retail Shift Leader you will lead store operations during assigned shifts, supervise and coach team members, and ensure excellent customer service. You will manage cash handling, opening and closing procedures, support sales targets, monitor inventory, and resolve customer issues. Candidates should have 1+ years of retail experience, proven leadership, strong communication, basic math skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
