Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Supervisor to join our team at CelularShack.ca. The ideal candidate will possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have 7 months to less than 1 year of work experience in a retail setting.
The role includes assigning duties to sales workers, hiring and training staff, ordering merchandise, and resolving customer issues. You will also need to maintain inventory and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
