Job Description
Midori Gifts is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager to oversee daily operations and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a college education and 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include managing staff, planning budgets, conducting market research, and implementing marketing strategies. You will also handle customer complaints, supervise payroll, and evaluate daily operations.
