Job Description
Fraser View Meat is seeking a dedicated Retail Meat Cutter to join our team. This position does not require a degree, certificate, or diploma, as we will provide training for the right candidate. You will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing standard cuts of meat, grinding meats, slicing cooked meats, and shaping, lacing, and tying roasts, poultry, and seafood.
The work environment is fast-paced, and you will need to be able to stand for extended periods. This is a permanent position requiring 35 hours of work per week in English.
