Job Description
Company: EUROPEAN BUTCHER BOY LTD
Education Required: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Tasks:
- Clean meats to prepare for processing
- Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
- Remove bones from meat
- Cut poultry into parts
- Clean and prepare fish and shellfish
- Prepare special displays of meat products
- Prepare special orders
Work Conditions:
- Work under pressure
