Job Description
Rashmi’s Bakery is seeking a dedicated and energetic Retail Bakery Manager to oversee our daily operations. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities include managing staff, planning budgets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will supervise a team of 5-10 staff members and conduct performance reviews.
This is a permanent position requiring 35 hours of work per week. Work language is English.
