Job Description
- Company: RBVPSM 100 Inc.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
- Evaluate daily operations and modify preparation methods
- Plan and organize daily operations, supervise staff (5-10 people)
- Balance cash and complete reports, maintain inventory
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate with suppliers and clients for catering
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
- Work Term: Permanent
- Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week
