Job Description
Lead daily restaurant operations. Require high school diploma and 2–3 years’ management experience. Responsibilities: budgeting and profit optimization; menu and food prep adjustments; recruiting, training and supervising staff; inventory, stock and waste control; customer relations and events; quality, safety and sanitation; reports and scheduling. Fast‑paced; 40 hrs/week with evenings, nights and weekends. Client‑focused, detail‑oriented team player with strong interpersonal skills. Permanent position; English required.
