Job Description
Baskin Robbins is seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a college degree and 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the restaurant industry.
Key responsibilities include analyzing budgets to enhance profitability, evaluating daily operations, monitoring and supervising staff performance, recruiting and training new team members, organizing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
This is a permanent position with a working schedule of 35 hours per week, primarily in English.
