Job Description
A&W Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a college certificate or diploma (1-2 years) and 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Your responsibilities will include evaluating daily operations, monitoring staff performance, organizing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will lead a team of 5-10 staff members, plan schedules, and provide exceptional customer service.
Proficiency in MS Access, Excel, Office, and other software is required. This permanent position offers a fast-paced work environment and a health care plan. The job requires fluency in English.
