Job Description
Church’s Chicken Oxford is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have between 1 to 2 years of experience in restaurant management.
Key responsibilities include analyzing budgets to enhance restaurant profits, developing budgets for operational needs, evaluating daily operations, and modifying food preparation methods. You will also recruit staff, address customer complaints, and participate in performance reviews.
The role requires supervising a team of 3-4 employees and entails working 30 hours per week in an English-speaking environment. This is a permanent position.
