Job Description
Metro Marquis L’Assomption is hiring a Gift Shop Manager to run our on-site gift boutique. Full-time role ($18.00–$19.00/hr). You will lead and train sales staff, create schedules, motivate the team, host meetings, and ensure excellent customer service. Manage daily sales: greet customers, advise and sell products, analyze sales, set goals, and run promotions. Oversee merchandising, attractive displays, ordering from suppliers, inventory control to prevent stockouts or overstocks, and routine audits. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with Quebec workplace standards. Curate appealing product selections, handle returns and customer complaints, and deliver memorable guest experiences.
