Job Description
We are hiring a Residential Underwriting Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality oversight of residential underwriting operations. You will design and maintain QA frameworks, conduct audits, identify root causes of errors, report performance metrics, and collaborate with underwriters to improve accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities include coaching a QA team, developing training, updating policies, and implementing process improvements. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in residential underwriting or quality assurance, strong analytical and communication skills, attention to regulatory standards, and experience with audit tools. A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
