Job Description
The Reservations Agent is responsible for answering incoming reservations calls and accommodating guests at the Fantasyland Hotel efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage reservations and handle incoming calls.
- Provide information on room rates, amenities, and packages.
- Check arrivals lists daily for errors and discrepancies.
- Process deposits, prepare confirmation letters, and perform other duties as required.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service and reservations.
- Strong communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
Salary: $18.00 per hour. This is a part-time position.
