Job Description
Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, customer-oriented individual to join the Smuggler’s team as a Reservation Coordinator. The ideal candidate will manage phone calls, handle reservations, respond to emails, and perform various administrative duties.
Duties include:
- Answering phone calls and managing reservations.
- Analyzing booking trends and optimizing covers.
- Managing special requests and event bookings.
- Updating knowledge of restaurant promotions.
Experience:
- Proficiency in OpenTable and Microsoft Office.
- Strong customer service background with sales skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
