Job Description
Island Health is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Rehabilitation Assistant. In alignment with our commitment to safety and quality, this position plays a crucial part in enhancing the functional abilities of our patients and residents. You will report to the Manager or designate, supporting the Staff Therapist in conducting therapeutic, recreational, and physical activities.
The ideal candidate should have completed a recognized Rehabilitation Assistant Program or possess equivalent education and experience. Strong communication skills, physical capability, and the ability to work effectively with others are essential.
