Job Description
We are hiring a Recovery Support Counselor to provide empathetic, trauma-informed support to individuals in recovery from substance use or behavioral health challenges. Responsibilities include one-on-one and group coaching, developing recovery plans, relapse prevention, linking clients to community resources, documenting progress, and coordinating with clinical teams. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or equivalent experience, strong communication and crisis intervention skills, knowledge of recovery models, and ability to maintain confidentiality. Certification (e.g., peer support, CPR) and a valid driver’s license are preferred.
