Job Description
Island Health (Vancouver Island Health Authority) is seeking a dedicated Records Associate. In this role, you will process transactions such as new employee setups, position changes, salary adjustments, and terminations. You will also conduct audits and produce reports in compliance with collective agreements.
Qualifications include a Diploma in Business, Finance, Administration, or Human Resources, along with three years of relevant experience. Strong computer skills, proficiency in HRIS and MS Office, and excellent communication abilities are essential.
