Job Description
In alignment with the Vision, Purpose, and Values of Island Health, we prioritize patient and staff safety. The Records Associate is responsible for managing employee transactions, including new hire setups, position changes, salary adjustments, and terminations.
This role requires ongoing audits and reporting in compliance with collective agreements and collaboration with the Ministry of Public Safety for criminal record checks.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Business, Finance, Administration, or Human Resources, with three years of related experience in a multi-site, multi-union environment.
Skills Required:
Strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and HRIS problem-solving skills.
