Job Description
Ricoh is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to manage workflow and customer interactions at our reception and switchboard. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional reception coverage from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, maintaining a clean lobby area, managing phone inquiries, and notifying staff of visitor arrivals.
The Receptionist will also oversee visitor access, prepare badges, organize catering, monitor supplies, and assist with additional administrative tasks as needed. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this role.
