Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized Receptionist to join our team at Busy Boyz Exterior Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and is willing to train. This role requires excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Your tasks will include greeting visitors, operating the telephone system, scheduling appointments, sending invoices, and performing clerical duties such as filing and sorting mail. This is a permanent position requiring 30 to 35 hours of work per week, with the work language being English.
