Job Description

Nicolini Law Group, a growing Personal Injury firm, is seeking a full-time, in-person General Office Assistant / Receptionist. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, be organized, and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming phone calls
• Schedule appointments
• Respond to client inquiries
• Organize incoming mail
• Assist with file organization
• Maintain and order office supplies

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year customer service experience
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities
