Job Description
Art Homes is seeking a skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have excellent oral and written communication skills. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, operating the switchboard, scheduling appointments, sending invoices, and performing clerical tasks such as filing and distributing mail.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, flexible, reliable, and can multitask effectively. Previous experience in a similar role is an asset. This is a permanent position requiring 40 hours of work per week, and the working language is English.
