Job Description
AgeCare is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to support our team. You will manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and respond to inquiries, serving as the first point of contact for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and provide information professionally.
- Redirect calls and take accurate messages.
- Welcome and assist visitors, maintaining an organized reception area.
- Manage mail and package deliveries.
- Assist with administrative projects as needed.
Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, prior reception experience preferred, highly organized, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Wage: $24.34 per hour.
