Job Description
Rapid Design Group Inc. is in search of a friendly and professional Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless front desk operations and effective communication within the office.
Duties include: greeting clients, managing calls, scheduling appointments, performing clerical tasks, and providing information about our services.
Qualifications: Previous receptionist experience is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills are a must.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour | Schedule: Monday to Friday
