Job Description

ABLE IMMIGRATION SERVICES LTD is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. Candidates should possess a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have between 1 to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, providing basic information, operating the telephone system, scheduling appointments, and maintaining work records. A strong knowledge of MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word is necessary.

This is a permanent position in the private sector, requiring 40 hours of work per week primarily in English.
