Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Jane Bond BBQ. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the food industry, possess strong knife skills, and experience in food production and preparation. Responsibilities include trimming 70-100 briskets on Mondays during a 6-8 hour shift, preparing for our Tuesday production. Starting wage ranges from $26 to $28 per hour based on skill and experience.
