Job Description
HLC HOMES LTD is seeking a Property Management Operations Coordinator to oversee our property management activities. This role involves hiring and supervising rental agents and building superintendents, as well as negotiating leases on behalf of property owners. You will ensure that lease terms are met and coordinate repairs and maintenance work. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of experience in property management and possess strong organizational skills.
This is a permanent position requiring 30 to 40 hours of work per week, primarily in English.
