Job Description
Oceanfood Industries Ltd. is a leading producer of smoked salmon, committed to quality and food safety. We are looking for a detail-oriented Trimmer to join our Slicing Department. In this role, you’ll be essential in ensuring our salmon products meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trim salmon fillets for quality.
- Monitor production for consistency.
- Maintain knife sharpness.
- Handle totes up to 40 lbs.
- Assist with slicing and packing processes.
