Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Produce Department Manager to lead our team of Produce Associates and manage department processes at Walmart Canada. Your role will focus on delivering exceptional customer service while meeting production targets.
In this position, you will be responsible for receiving merchandise, maintaining sales floor presentation, recruiting and training staff, and ensuring proper handling of claims and returns. You will also lead by example in customer interactions and manage inventory effectively.
To qualify, you must be at least 16 years old. Preferred qualifications are a plus but not required.
