Job Description
We are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations. You will develop procurement strategies, ensure cost-effective purchasing, oversee supplier performance, and collaborate with operations and finance to maintain inventory and compliance. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in procurement, strong negotiation skills, experience with ERP systems, and knowledge of procurement laws and best practices. Leadership, analytical thinking, and excellent communication are required. Responsibilities include RFP management, supplier selection, risk mitigation, and continuous process improvement to drive savings and reliability.
