Job Description

We are looking for a Sushi Roller to join our team at MITO Sushi. Under the guidance of the Production Supervisor, you will roll sushi following the production schedule while working in teams of 2 to 8.

Job Status: Permanent | Work Schedule: Full-time/Part-time (Day/Evening)

Weekly Hours: 10 to 40 hours | Salary: To be discussed based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Roll sushi according to recipes.
• Label boxes and maintain cleanliness.
• Comply with hygiene and safety standards.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of sushi preparation experience.
• Must speak and understand French.
