Job Description

Emerald Management & Realty Ltd. is seeking a Master and/or Journeyman Plumber to join our maintenance team. We are looking for full-time plumbers, including students and semi-retired professionals, with flexible schedules.

The successful candidate must be able to:

• Determine layout of systems and networks
• Read plans and install, repair, service, and maintain plumbing systems
• Work well independently and as part of a team
• Plan, organize, and execute projects
• Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Complete a security clearance
