Job Description
Join Pure Canadian Gaming Corp. as a Pit Manager! In this role, you will oversee table game activities, working closely with dealers to ensure exceptional customer service. You will handle inquiries, address game issues, and escalate unresolved matters to the Games Manager. Your core competencies should include strong customer service, interpersonal awareness, and effective communication.
Requirements include: a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Floor Supervisor in gaming, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. A professional demeanor is essential.
