Job Description
Kleinburg Physiotherapy is a growing clinic seeking a dedicated Part-time Administrator/Physiotherapy Assistant to join our clinical team. You will assist physiotherapists in client care, manage appointment bookings, handle phone inquiries, and maintain the cleanliness of treatment areas.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with ultrasound equipment and exercise programs
- Performing administrative tasks
- Collaborating with clients
- Collecting outcome measures
- Cleaning and sterilizing medical equipment
- Managing inventory of clinical supplies
Qualifications: PTA diploma or Kinesiology degree preferred, excellent interpersonal skills, and prior clinical experience is a plus. Hours are Monday and Wednesday 8-11:30 AM, with occasional Fridays.
