Job Description

We are hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure outstanding care and communication across our clinic. You will greet patients, manage appointments, collect and analyze feedback, coordinate between clinical and administrative teams, and resolve concerns to improve satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in healthcare or customer service, excellent verbal and written communication, empathy, strong organizational skills, and basic computer proficiency. Knowledge of HIPAA and experience with scheduling systems is preferred. Flexible schedule and teamwork mindset required.
