Job Description
Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Assistant to support patient care and the efficient operation of our unit under the guidance of a healthcare professional.
Qualifications:
- Completed a recognized personal support worker program.
- Current Basic Rescuer Certificate in Basic Cardiac Life Support or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hire.
- Membership in OPSWA or PSNO is an asset.
Experience and Skills:
- Preferred previous experience in patient care.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
