Job Description
Join our team as a Part Time Sales Lead to drive sales, coach a small team, and manage daily store operations. You will set sales targets, train and motivate staff, handle customer escalations, track performance, and report to management. Requirements: 1+ year retail or sales supervisory experience, strong communication, basic POS/computer skills, and availability for evenings and weekends.
