Job Description

Job Overview:

We are a local contracting company seeking a part-time bookkeeper. The role requires 6-12 hours per week with flexible hours, and the work must be performed in our office.

Duties:

– Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

– Perform bank reconciliations

– Process payroll for employees

Preferred Qualifications:

– Some bookkeeping knowledge or experience is an asset

– Familiarity with Sage Simply Accounting; training will be provided.

Pay: Starting at $25.00 per hour
