Job Description

Walmart Canada is seeking an Over-the-Counter Associate who will assist customers, maintain assigned areas, and perform tasks as directed by management while delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

1. Upholding patient confidentiality in accordance with the Privacy Act.

2. Aiding in maximizing sales and profits under the Pharmacy Manager’s direction.

3. Rotating stock, checking for expired items, and ensuring the area is clean and organized.

4. Adhering to proper procedures for ordering, pricing, and labeling items.

5. Maintaining zero pricing errors as part of the Scanning Credibility Program.
