Job Description

Position Summary

An Over-the-Counter Associate assists customers, organizes the assigned area, performs tasks delegated by the OTC Department Manager or Pharmacy Manager, and maintains product displays while providing exceptional customer service in line with Walmart’s values.

What You’ll Do

1. Ensure patient confidentiality in accordance with the Privacy Act.

2. Work to increase department sales and profits as directed.

3. Rotate stock and verify expiration dates.

4. Maintain proper department zoning and cleanliness.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be 16 years or older.
