Job Description
We are hiring an Orientation Coordinator to design and run engaging orientation programs for new employees and students. You will plan schedules, coordinate logistics, liaise with departments, recruit and train volunteers, manage budgets, and evaluate program effectiveness. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, experience in event coordination or HR/education, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A bachelor’s degree and familiarity with learning management systems are preferred. Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable presenting to groups.
