Job Overview:
- Accurate processing of e-commerce and customer orders.
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email.
- Collaborating with management on order preparation and processing.
- Handling customer complaints and ensuring resolutions.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3 years of order processing experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour. Full-time, in-person.
