Job Description
TM Tilemart is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have 7 months to less than a year of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities include training workers on duties and policies, preparing and submitting reports, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment, and resolving work-related problems. You will also coordinate work assignments, requisition materials, arrange maintenance, and collaborate with other departments.
This is a permanent position requiring 40 hours of work each week. Fluency in English is a must.
